Leadership Coaching

I’m “busy” being a mom, exercising regularly  (yes, I’ve started again, it was January!) PTA President, and much more, sometimes, if feels like some people don’t think I have a job!  But, I do!

Among the *many* amazing parts of my work is that my hours are flexible, and support my multifaceted life!

What do I do, you might ask!?  I thoroughly enjoy working with my dear friend, Mark Youngblood as an Executive Leadership Coach.  We offer a transformational program for business leaders, called “The Exceptional Leader Intensive Program”.  This typically involves 24 1on1 sessions over 6-8 months.  We teach a curriculum as well as assist with whatever is “up” for our clients each week.  We talk with coworkers, bosses, subordinates, too.  Our goal is to get a complete picture of the individual/leader and assess their strengths & challenges, so that we can best assist their growth.  We use structured tools like The Leadership 360 and CORE MAP assessments, as well as proprietary tools.

I truly love coaching.  Hearing comments like,  “You are in my head, Kat” (in a good way), makes me smile WIDE, and know that I am making a difference.

Hello world!

I was asked to setup a blog site a while ago, not sure what held me back.  The first word that comes to mind is “busy”. However, I’ll call BS on myself, as busy is almost always a lame excuse.  This site will be for all aspects of my life: Leadership Coaching, Life Coaching, Family, Crafts, Healthy Lifestyle tips, Awesome finds, and whatever else comes to mind.  If you’ve met me for over 5 minutes, you know I’m pretty transparent.  If I’ve been through something and it will help others, I’ll share it.  Plus, journaling is just cathadic!  I’d love your constructive feedback.  Thanks for visiting!
