  • The Exceptional Leader Coaching Program:  This 12 month transformational executive program is intended for C-Suite, Senior VPs, and VPs, who wish to step up from being good to being exceptional.
    • Over 24 1on1 sessions, and with over 80 online training modules, we address not only Leadership skills and qualities, but also Who you are being as a leader. The featured curriculum was developed by (& used with the permission of) Inner Mastery, Inc.  The assessments included are  CORE and The Leadership Circle 360 and The True Self Awareness.
  • The Inner Master Leadership Development Program: This program is also 12 months of transformation and is intended for tomorrow’s senior leaders (high potential employees).
    • Access to the same online training and assessments is included, but we meet monthly as a group, having only  3  1on1 sessions.
